Can I make adjustments to one of the packages?

If you would like to make adjustments to a package to better fit your professional needs--such as adding a website edit, increasing the number of social media posts, or including e-newsletters--please let me know when filling out my contact form and I can adjust the monthly price.

How long do retainer agreements last?

All retainer agreements are on a 3 month rolling basis, with the option to renew after the third month.

What If I don't use all of my allotted tasks one month?

Due to my workload, unused tasks do not roll over to the next month. The retainer packages are structured at a fixed rate and are paid in advance. If you know you will not be using all of the tasks in a given month, please let me know before the month's start (before the invoice is sent) and we can adjust the cost for that month.

What if I need to change my schedule?

All deliverables will be scheduled around what works best for you and your business, agreed upon when we sign a contract. If you need to make an adjustment to your fixed schedule, please let me know a week in advance and I will try my best to work outside of our agreed upon deadlines. In these situations, the edit will be done at my earliest convenience, out of respect for my other clients. For any permanent schedule changes, I ask that we wait until the next 3 month rollover period.
